This contractual document shall govern the subscription to digital content and the individual purchase of complete courses through the nextlabagora.org website, owned by PARAMOTION FILMS S.R.L. under the NEXT LAB AGORA trademark.
Acceptance of this document implies that the Client:
- has read, understood and comprehended the above;
- is a person with sufficient capacity to contract;
- assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions shall be valid indefinitely and shall be applicable to all subscriptions and purchases made through the NEXT LAB AGORA website.
The content of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any information contained in this website, is subject to change and update without notice. Such modifications become effective as soon as they are published on the website. The Customer/User shall be bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time of subscription or purchase.
Identity of the contracting parties
On the one hand:
The provider of the digital content is PARAMOTION FILMS S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as NEXT LAB AGORA, with registered office at C/ Batalla Del Salado, 3 – 28045 MADRID, SPAIN, NIF B83608745, telephone 910 026 801 and e-mail agora@nxlb.org.
And on the other hand:
The Client, registered on the website by means of a username and password, for which he/she is responsible for the use and custody, guaranteeing the veracity of the personal data provided to NEXT LAB AGORA.
- Subject of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the subscription to digital content offered on the NEXT LAB AGORA platform and the individual purchase of complete courses. The subscription grants access, partially or totally, to training and similar contents, while the individual purchase of complete courses allows access to these courses, the prices of which will be shown together with the detailed description of the content on the website.
The access modalities are offered as follows:
- Free Subscription: Access to free content available to all registered users.
- Premium Monthly Subscription: Access to free content and Premium content, identified with a star, for a monthly fee.
- Annual Premium Subscription: Access to free content and premium content, identified with a star, for an annual fee.
- Individual Purchase of Complete Courses: Allows you to purchase complete courses (also digital content) on a one-off basis. The price of each course will be displayed together with its description on the website.
- Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- Customer: The contracting party who subscribes to access digital content or purchases complete courses. It can be a natural person (over 18 years of age) or a legal entity.
- User/Student: Person designated by the Client who will access the contents or will be the beneficiary of the course. The User may be the Client him/herself if he/she is of legal age.
- Website: Digital platform for access to training and similar content, available at org, owned by PARAMOTION FILMS S.R.L.
- Content: Digital materials offered on the platform, which are divided into:
- Microlearning: Audios and short videos (less than 10 minutes) on specific topics, identified with a star and exclusive to Premium Users.
- Recordings of conferences and presentations: Audiovisual material derived from events (e.g. Next Lab Generation).
- Complete courses: Detailed and specialised training programmes, the prices of which are shown together with the description of the content on the website.
- Premium User: Customer who contracts a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that allows access to Premium Content.
- Subscription and purchase procedure
The process will be carried out entirely through the website, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).
To subscribe to or purchase a complete course, the Customer must:
- User Registration:
- Visit the website and select the “Login” option in the main menu.
- Create an account by providing the requested data.
Once the account has been created, the Client will be able to access the Free Content; to access the Premium Content it will be necessary to purchase the corresponding subscription (monthly premium or annual premium). Similarly, the complete courses may be purchased individually, with the description and price of each course being displayed on the website.
- Selection of the Subscription Plan:
- Once registered, choose from the following options:
- Basic (Free): Access to free content.
- Premium Monthly (€8/month): Includes all the content of the Basic plan plus full access to the Premium content identified with a star.
- Premium Annual (€80/year): Offers the same benefits as the Premium Monthly plan, with a 25% saving by opting for annual payment.
- Payment Process:
- Select the desired Premium plan.
- Proceed to secure payment through the PAYPAL
- Access to Content:
- Once payment is confirmed, you will have immediate access to the content corresponding to your subscription plan.
- General clauses
Access to the digital contents, as well as the purchase of complete courses, implies the acceptance by the Client of all the present conditions. No condition which is not expressly accepted in writing by NEXT LAB AGORA shall form part of the contract.
Each paragraph of this document is relevant, so that selective interpretation or omission of any clause will not affect the validity of the whole set of conditions.
- Delivery of orders
NEXT LAB AGORA will not send any proof of subscription or purchase until the payment has been verified through the PAYPAL platform.
Since both the subscription and the individual purchase grant access to digital content, there is no physical delivery of any product. Once the payment has been processed, the Customer/User will be sent the necessary instructions to access the platform or the content purchased.
- Right of withdrawal
The Customer/User, as a consumer, has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the subscription to digital content without having to justify their decision and without incurring additional costs, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. This period shall commence on the day following the conclusion of the contract.
However, when the provision of digital content is initiated with the prior express consent of the Customer/User, i.e. when the latter authorises and immediately accesses said content, it shall be understood that he/she expressly waives the right of withdrawal, which shall be extinguished from the time the content is made available.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client/User must communicate their decision to withdraw from the subscription contract by the contact means provided by NEXT LAB AGORA, and in no case once access to the digital content has begun.
In the event of valid withdrawal, NEXT LAB AGORA will reimburse the Client/User the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed.
- Complaints
Any complaint that the Customer/User deems necessary will be dealt with as soon as possible by the following means:

- Force majeure
NEXT LAB AGORA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in accessing digital content due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of authorities, riots, strikes or technical problems. In such cases, NEXT LAB AGORA’s obligation will be suspended for as long as the cause of force majeure persists.
- Competition
The Client/User may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations established in this contract without the prior written consent of NEXT LAB AGORA. Should any clause be null and void or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- Obligations and responsibility of NEXT LAB AGORA
11.1 Continuity and quality of access
NEXT LAB AGORA undertakes to guarantee uninterrupted access to digital content, except in cases of scheduled maintenance, emergencies or force majeure. The Client/User will be informed, as far as possible, of any interruption.
11.2 Technical support
NEXT LAB AGORA will provide technical and access assistance through its customer service, available at agora@nxlb.org.
11.3 Updating content
NEXT LAB AGORA reserves the right to modify or update the contents and the platform, informing the Client/User of any significant changes.
- Obligations and liability of the Client
12.1 Accuracy of data and use of the account
The Client undertakes to provide truthful personal data and to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. The Client shall be solely responsible for any activity carried out through their account.
12.2 Proper use of subscription and purchases
The Client/User undertakes to use the subscription and/or individual purchases of complete courses in accordance with the established instructions and conditions, refraining from sharing their access credentials with third parties. In the event that the Client is a company, and the designated User is a collaborator, and in the event of termination of said collaborator, the Client must notify NEXT LAB AGORA in order to update or delete the corresponding profile.
- Validation of access to content
Access to digital content will be validated by verification of payment (in the case of Premium subscriptions or individual purchase of complete courses) and compliance with the requirements set out on the website. Once verified, instructions for accessing the platform or the content purchased will be sent to the Customer/User.
- Financial provisions
14.1 Pricing and invoicing
The prices for digital content subscriptions and full courses will be clearly and transparently displayed on the website at the time of contracting or purchasing. These prices are expressed in euros and are offered in the following modalities:
- Free Subscription: Access to Free Content for all registered users.
- Premium Monthly Subscription: Access to all content (including starred Premium Content) for a fee of 8 EUR/month.
- Premium Annual Subscription: Access to all Premium Content for a fee of 80 EUR/year.
- Individual Purchase of Complete Courses: Each complete course has its own individual price, which will be displayed together with the detailed description of the content on the website.
14.2 Subscription modalities and method of payment
- Premium subscriptions and the purchase of complete courses will be made exclusively through the website.
- Method of payment: Payments will only be made through PAYPAL.
- Premium subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the contracted period, unless the Customer cancels the subscription before the renewal date.
- A prior notice will be sent by e-mail to the Customer, reminding them of the upcoming renewal of their subscription.
14.3 Underwriting and validation process
The subscription or purchase of complete courses will be carried out entirely through the website. Once the payment has been verified through PAYPAL, access to the corresponding content will be automatically activated according to the contracted method.
14.3 Taxation
The price published on our website for each product includes Value Added Tax (VAT) for those areas where VAT is applicable and will be valid for the Spanish or European territory where this tax is applicable. In areas or countries that do not charge VAT, the final prices will be the same, and your invoice will not reflect the VAT breakdown.
- Intellectual property
15.1 Content Ownership
All digital content accessible through the NEXT LAB AGORA platform, including, but not limited to, courses, audiovisual materials, texts, images, graphics, audios, videos, designs and any other educational or informative content (hereinafter, “the Content”), are the exclusive property of NEXT LAB AGORA or their respective owners.
These contents are protected by the Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April) and by the applicable European and international regulations on copyright.
15.2 Limited Use Rights
The subscription or purchase of Content on the platform grants the User a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for the sole purpose of individual consultation and learning.
Under no circumstances shall it be understood that the User acquires exploitation rights over the Contents, which is expressly prohibited:
- the reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the Contents without the express written authorisation of NEXT LAB AGORA, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17 and following of the Intellectual Property Law;
- the transfer, resale or loan of the Content to third parties;
- the recording, copying or downloading of the Content by any means, except in cases where the platform expressly permits it;
- the use of the Contents for commercial or academic purposes outside the framework permitted by NEXT LAB AGORA.
15.3 Technological Protection and Access Control
NEXT LAB AGORA may implement technological protection measures to prevent unauthorised use of the Contents, by virtue of the provisions of article 160 of the Intellectual Property Law.
Any attempt to breach these measures, including circumvention of technical restrictions or unauthorised access to the Content, will be considered a serious breach and may result in:
- the immediate suspension or cancellation of the User’s account without refund;
- legal action for copyright infringement, including claims for damages under Article 140 of the Copyright Act;
- possible criminal liability in cases of intentional infringement of intellectual property rights, in accordance with Article 270 of the Spanish Penal Code.
15.4 Actions in Case of Misuse
NEXT LAB AGORA reserves the right to take the appropriate legal action in the event of any improper use of its digital content.
In the event of detection of fraudulent use or breach of this clause, the User must immediately cease use of the Content and remove any unauthorised copies.
- Privacy policy (Protection of personal data)
PARAMOTION FILMS S.R.L. is responsible for the processing of the Client’s/User’s personal data. Such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). The purposes of the processing include:
- the management of the contractual relationship;
- the sending of relevant communications (e.g. subscription renewal notices);
- the improvement and personalisation of the services offered.
The Customer/User has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit or oppose the processing of their data. To exercise these rights or for any queries relating to data protection, please contact:

- Dissociation
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Suspension or termination of the contract
NEXT LAB AGORA reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice, the Client’s/User’s access to the digital content in the following cases:
- if the Customer/User breaches or does not respect the obligations set out in this contract;
- if misuse of the platform occurs;
- if, for any reason, NEXT LAB AGORA discontinues or interrupts access to the contents.
The exercise of this right shall not affect the rest of the rights and remedies that NEXT LAB AGORA may have.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. NEXT LAB AGORA and the Client/User agree to submit any dispute arising from the subscription, access to digital content or the purchase of complete courses to the courts and tribunals of the Client’s/User’s domicile, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
By subscribing to and/or purchasing complete courses, the Customer/User declares to have read, understood and accepted in full all the clauses of this contract.
